Who I am and why you can trust me.

I'm a social media manager, content marketer, social media trainer, a keynote speaker, a guest blogger, and a shopaholic food lover who can't wink (for real!)

My career spanned over 20 years in corporate marketing before I started my Marketing business, Sam Says, in 2012. I now help SMEs and entrepreneurs who have been running their business for a few years, to get a handle on their social media and use it to grow their business.

Through workshops, presentations to 1:1 consulting, I aim to empower business owners with the skills needed to create winning content, share it online, and nurture relationships with their customers.
